Charles Sobhraj (78 years old) is an elderly French citizen that arrived in France just after serving one life sentence for murder in Nepal. Due to his role in several deaths of tourists from Canada and US in the 70s, the serial assassin has been imprisoned in Nepal since 2003. Sobhraj arrived in Paris on the weekend, via Qatar on a airplane from Nepal. The Associated Press was informed that he had arrived in Paris by Isabelle Coutant-Peyre (his French lawyer).
